TERMS OF USE

SWD terms of use are fairly simple. You may do anything except to offer my graphics and tubes on your website for download. If you are a tutorial writer please email me if you would like to offer any of my tubes with your tutorials. I am willing to allow this providing I am asked first and the images must be uploaded to your own site in a file for downloading.

If you make something from my tubes, it is yours to do with as you please including making a profit.

For card and craft makers you do NOT have to add my copyright to your finished products that you sell. Should you use a hand or mouse made tube, it is most appreciated if you can place my SWD on the tube (in a small area) this is your option but not mandatory and you do NOT have to add it to your finished product, you can add your own copyright to your finished product

Any images that may have a copyright to the original artist should be added to anything in the graphics you create.
Copyright tubes other than mine can not be used for making graphics where you make a profit as is the terms of their perspective artists.

I do not sell anything on my site, I merely charge for memberships which covers my website cost and work time.

I ask that my tubes, brushes, graphics etc. NOT be shared with any groups nor can the login and password be shared. Anyone who is suspected of sharing their login and password, will risk losing their membership without refund.
